Overview
Welcome to KREAZ. The terms "we", "us" and "our" refer to KREAZ, a brand of Wheatr Ltd, registered in England and Wales. KREAZ operates this store and website, including all related information, content, features, tools, products and services in order to provide you, the customer, with a curated shopping experience (the "Services"). KREAZ is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.
The below terms and conditions, together with any policies referenced herein, describe your rights and responsibilities when you use the Services.
Please read these Terms of Service carefully. They include important information about your legal rights, warranty disclaimers and limitations of liability.
By visiting, interacting with or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you should not use or access our Services.
Section 1 — Access and Account
By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your country of residence.
To use the Services, including browsing our store or purchasing products, you may be asked to provide information such as your email address, billing, payment and shipping details. You represent and warrant that all information you provide is correct, current and complete, and that you have all rights necessary to provide it.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You may not transfer, sell, assign or license your account to any other person.
Section 2 — Our Products
We have made every effort to represent our products accurately. However, colours and surface textures may appear differently depending on your screen, device settings and calibration.
A specific note on KREAZ products: Our shelves are made from 2mm powder-coated steel. The powder coating process produces micro-variations in surface texture — we call these Human Signatures. They are an inherent and intentional characteristic of the product, not defects. Product photography and renders may not fully capture these variations. Please read our product descriptions carefully before purchasing.
We do not warrant that the appearance or quality of any product will meet your expectations beyond what is described in our product specifications.
All product descriptions are subject to change at any time at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to discontinue any product or limit quantities available to any person or region.
Section 3 — Orders
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. KREAZ reserves the right to accept or decline your order for any reason. Your order is not accepted until we confirm acceptance by email. We must receive and process your payment before your order is accepted.
Please review your order carefully before submitting. We may be unable to accommodate cancellation requests after an order is accepted and dispatched.
If we do not accept, modify or cancel an order, we will notify you using the contact information provided at checkout.
Your purchases are subject to return or exchange solely in accordance with our Returns & Refund Policy.
You represent and warrant that your purchases are for your own personal or household use and not for commercial resale or export.
Section 4 — Prices and Billing
All prices on kreaz.co are displayed in GBP and include UK VAT where applicable. Prices are subject to change without notice. The price charged for a product will be the price in effect at the time your order is placed, as confirmed in your order confirmation email.
Shipping costs are shown at checkout and are not included in displayed product prices unless otherwise stated.
We may offer promotions from time to time that affect pricing. Promotion terms govern where there is any conflict with these Terms.
You agree to provide accurate, current and complete payment information for all purchases. You represent and warrant that: (i) the payment information you provide is true and complete; (ii) you are authorised to use the payment method provided; (iii) charges will be honoured by your payment provider; and (iv) you will pay all charges incurred, including applicable shipping costs and taxes.
Section 5 — Shipping and Delivery
All delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, or events outside our control.
Once we transfer your order to the carrier, risk of loss passes to you. If your order is lost or damaged in transit, please refer to our Returns & Refund Policy for how we handle these situations — we go beyond our legal obligations in both cases.

Section 6 — Intellectual Property
Our Services, including all trademarks, brand names, text, images, graphics, product designs, video and audio content, and the selection and arrangement thereof, are owned by KREAZ, Wheatr Ltd, or our licensors, and are protected by UK and international copyright, trademark and intellectual property law.
These Terms permit you to use the Services for your own personal, non-commercial use only. You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, republish, download, store or transmit any material from the Services without our prior written consent.
KREAZ, the KREAZ logo, "Pure Steel. Zero Air. Your Touch.", "Zero Air Policy", "Human Signature", and related product and service names are trademarks of KREAZ / Wheatr Ltd. You must not use these without our prior written permission.
Shopify's name, logo and related marks are trademarks of Shopify Inc. All other trademarks belong to their respective owners.
Section 7 — Optional Tools
You may be provided with access to third-party tools through the Services. We do not monitor, control or endorse these tools. Access is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We have no liability arising from your use of optional third-party tools. Use of any such tools is entirely at your own risk.
Section 8 — Third-Party Links
Our Services may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy or practices of any third-party sites. If you leave our Services to access third-party content, you do so at your own risk. We are not liable for any harm or damages arising from third-party websites or their products and services.
Section 9 — Relationship with Shopify
KREAZ is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you. All sales and purchases made in our store are made directly with KREAZ / Wheatr Ltd. By using the Services, you acknowledge and agree that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of any transaction between you and KREAZ, including any injury, damage or loss resulting from products purchased. You expressly release Shopify and its affiliates from all claims, damages and liabilities arising from or related to your purchases and transactions with KREAZ.
Section 10 — Privacy Policy
All personal information collected through the Services is subject to our Privacy Policy. Because the Services are hosted by Shopify, Shopify also collects and processes certain information about your use of the Services in accordance with Shopify's Privacy Policy. By using the Services, you confirm that you have read and understood both policies.
Section 11 — Feedback
If you submit ideas, reviews, suggestions or other content ("Feedback"), you grant us a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce, modify, publish and distribute that Feedback for any purpose, including to improve and promote our products and Services.
You represent and warrant that: (i) you own or have the rights to all Feedback submitted; (ii) you have disclosed any compensation received in connection with the Feedback; and (iii) your Feedback complies with these Terms.
We are under no obligation to maintain Feedback in confidence, pay compensation for it, or respond to it. We may, but are not obliged to, monitor, edit or remove Feedback that we determine to be unlawful, offensive or otherwise objectionable.
Section 12 — Errors, Inaccuracies and Omissions
There may occasionally be information on the Services that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions relating to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, shipping charges, transit times or availability. We reserve the right to correct any errors and to change or update information at any time without prior notice.

You may access and use the Services for lawful purposes only. You may not use the Services:

We may limit, by technical or other means, whether and how any Agent accesses the Services. If we request that an Agent cease access, it must do so immediately.
Section 15 — Termination
We may terminate this agreement or your access to the Services at any time without notice, at our sole discretion. You will remain liable for all amounts due up to the date of termination.
The following sections survive termination: Intellectual Property, Feedback, Termination, Disclaimer of Warranties, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification, Governing Law, and any provisions that by their nature should survive.
Section 16 — Disclaimer of Warranties
Except as expressly stated by KREAZ, the Services and all products are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, durability or non-infringement.
We do not guarantee that your use of the Services will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of implied warranties, so the above may not apply to you in full.
Section 17 — Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, KREAZ, Wheatr Ltd, our partners, directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, special or consequential damages of any kind, including lost profits, lost revenue, loss of data or replacement costs, arising from your use of the Services or any products purchased through the Services.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.
Section 18 — Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless KREAZ, Wheatr Ltd, Shopify, and our respective affiliates, officers, directors, employees and agents from any losses, damages, liabilities or claims, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of: (1) your breach of these Terms; (2) your violation of any law or third-party rights; or (3) your access to and use of the Services.
Section 19 — Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void or unenforceable, that provision shall be enforced to the fullest extent permitted by law and the unenforceable portion severed. This shall not affect the validity of any remaining provisions.
Section 20 — Waiver; Entire Agreement
Our failure to enforce any right or provision does not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Returns & Refund Policy, and Shipping & Delivery Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and KREAZ regarding your use of the Services.
Section 21 — Assignment
You may not transfer or assign this agreement or any of your rights under it without our prior written consent. We may transfer or assign these Terms and our rights and obligations without notice to you.
Section 22 — Governing Law
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. You and KREAZ agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales for any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Services.
Section 23 — Headings
Section headings are included for convenience only and do not limit or affect the interpretation of these Terms.
Section 24 — Changes to Terms of Service
We reserve the right to update or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. We will notify you of any material changes in accordance with applicable law. Your continued use of the Services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
