Overview

KREAZ shelves are manufactured in Türkiye and shipped directly to you. Every order is packed according to our Zero Air Policy — no void fill, no wasted space, no plastic. The box is designed around the product, not the other way around.

This page explains how we ship, what it costs, and what to expect.

Where We Ship

Currently: United Kingdom only.

EU and international shipping is in development. Add your email to the notify list at kreaz.co with your country and we will contact you when your region opens.

Delivery Options

Zero Air Delivery Free on orders £99 and above. £3.98 on orders below £99. Estimated delivery: 9–14 working days. Tracked. Carrier confirmation sent by email at dispatch.

This is our standard delivery method. The name is not marketing — it reflects the same principle as our packaging: no wasted space, no unnecessary cost passed to you. Orders of a single KREAZ 30 shelf qualify for free delivery automatically.

Priority Dispatch £14.98 on all orders. Estimated delivery: 5–7 working days. Tracked. Carrier confirmation sent by email at dispatch.

Dispatch

All orders are dispatched within 3 working days of order confirmation, Monday to Friday. Orders placed on weekends or UK bank holidays are dispatched the next working day.

You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order leaves our facility. If you have not received a tracking email within 3 working days of your order confirmation, check your spam folder first, then contact us at hello@kreaz.co.

Delivery Timeframes

Delivery estimates begin from the date of dispatch, not the date of order. All timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed.

We are not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, weather events, or circumstances outside our control. If your order is significantly delayed beyond the estimated window, contact us and we will investigate with the carrier on your behalf.

Why Does Delivery Take This Long?

Every KREAZ shelf is made to order. The steel is laser-cut, powder-coated, inspected, hand-stamped with a unique serial number, wrapped in its cotton dust bag, and packed into its kraft box — in that order, for each individual unit. That process takes time, and we do not rush it.

From our facility in Türkiye, the order then ships directly to you in the UK. We do not hold large standing stock. This is a deliberate operational decision — keeping production lean reduces waste, ensures every shelf leaves fresh from production, and avoids warehousing costs that would ultimately be passed to you.

The trade-off is a longer delivery window than purely domestic UK shipping. Priority Dispatch reduces that window significantly if you need it.

Packaging

The steel sheet is secured inside a CNC-cut cardboard insert. It does not move in transit. The powder coat does not make contact with any unlined surface. No plastic. No foam. No void fill.

The box is designed to function as a flat document case after the shelf has been assembled. Please give it a second life before recycling it.

We have drop-tested the packaging on all six faces from 1 metre. If it still arrives damaged, see the section below.

Duties and Taxes

All prices on kreaz.co are displayed in GBP and include UK VAT where applicable. There are no additional import duties or customs charges for UK customers. Customs documentation is handled from our end. You will not be asked to pay anything at the door.

Damaged or Lost Orders

Arrived damaged: Inspect your order upon reception. If the box or the steel sheet shows damage from transit, photograph both before doing anything else. Contact us at hello@kreaz.co within 7 days of delivery. We will resolve it within 48 hours — replacement dispatch or full refund, your choice. Return collection at our cost.

Tracking shows delivered but not received: Contact us within 7 days of the delivery confirmation. We will investigate with the carrier and either locate the parcel or send a replacement.
